- Eligibility for Returns: If you receive a damaged jar or the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Damaged or Leaking Items: In the rare event that your Achar or Ghee jar arrives broken or leaking, we will provide a replacement or a refund once you share a photo of the damaged package.
- Change of Mind: Due to the nature of organic food products and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or are returned simply due to a change of preference.
